The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Activity Coordinator & Resettlement Officer to join our team. This dual role combines delivering engaging activities with supporting clients through their resettlement journey.
In this role, you will:
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of skills-based and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
* Encourage clients to participate in workshops, training, and creative sessions that build life skills and meaningful occupation.
* Provide tailored resettlement support to clients moving into their own homes, ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition.
* Work collaboratively with clients to identify individual goals and create support plans.
* Liaise with external agencies, landlords, and support networks to secure accommodation and community-based services.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation of the service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about supporting people experiencing homelessness.
* Creative and resourceful, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
* Organised, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to build positive, trusting relationships with clients and external partners.
* Experienced in housing, homelessness, or support services (desirable but not essential).
