Test Lead (UAT) – Wealth Management
London (Hybrid) – £500-£550

Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and execute UAT phases to ensure successful delivery.
* Engage with business stakeholders and end‑users to drive effective testing outcomes and sign‑off.
* Define and agree on test approaches, scenarios, and acceptance criteria in alignment with business requirements.
* Co‑ordinate and facilitate UAT entry/exit criteria calls and discussions.
* Provide daily progress updates and reporting to stakeholders and program management.
* Identify, track, and elevate defects, risks, and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
* Support team members by adapting to unplanned challenges and ensuring testing continuity.
* Ensure documentation and workflows are maintained accurately using Jira and Confluence.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in leading and managing UAT phases within financial services.
* Strong background in stakeholder engagement and end‑user interaction, with excellent communication skills.
* Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
* Solid banking domain expertise, preferably in Wealth Management.
* Working knowledge of credit, FX, current accounts, and high‑interest accounts, preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in a hybrid work model, balancing on‑site and remote collaboration.
* Familiarity with managing large, cross‑regional testing teams.
* Ability to demonstrate patience, resilience, and adaptability in challenging or high‑pressure environments.
