Overview
A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the appointment of an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation background to join their National growth and continued success.
Candidates sought must be able to commute to or bas e in or near to the Chichester West Sussex area.
Responsibilities
* Be an 'off the tools' Manager on site, coordinating and checking off electrical installation works on one project at any one time; projects could range from £1.5M-£20M+.
* Manage on-site electrical installations in new build commercial and industrial buildings (e.g., industrial sheds for distribution, food production, data centres, hospitals, purpose-built industrial buildings).
* Lead and manage Electrical Engineers / Electricians, Supervisors / Foremen on site; track progress and ensure quality, safety and compliance on electrical installations.
* Collaborate with other specialist electrical engineers and electricians on elements of these installs; liaise regularly with the site-based electrical installation engineers and supervisory team.
Qualifications & Experience
* From an M&E / Building Services background with direct working experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Site Supervisor in delivery of electrical installations and related services on new build environments.
* Proven track record of managing on-site teams (Electrical Engineers / Electricians, Supervisors / Foremen) on projects of this scale.
* Ability to commute to or be based in the Chichester, West Sussex area.
