Overview PepsiCo UK is building a new marketing capability to transform the way we integrate with our Sales and Commercial partners. As part of the Portfolio Marketing team, your role will be as an Analyst focussed on landing our biggest brand campaigns and events in partnership with sales. This role is key in driving executional excellence by transforming cross-functional ways of working & bringing commercial integration between Marketing & our Commercial teams. The team will act as the one Marketing touch point between Sales, Execution and the Perfect Store team. This new function has been identified as a business priority which you’ll have the opportunity to help shape & drive. In addition to partnering cross-functionally to drive clarity and integration on marketing priorities and campaigns, you will also lead the tracking, analysis & monitoring of our brand execution, a key component in driving growth within our global strategic framework. Finally, you will be the marketing on-point for coordination & planning with our Beverages business for key moments in 2026. This role will sit within Portfolio Marketing, PepsiCo UK’s newest team focusing on landing our core portfolio across our biggest annual moments. Responsibilities 1. Sales & Marketing 2026 Priorities, Coordination, and Calendar Management Drive clarity, prioritisation & coordination behind the deployment of our marketing calendar, including our biggest Seasonal moments & Events, such as Halloween (‘25 & ‘26), Christmas (’25 & ’26) and the 2026 World Cup Responsible for coordination across multiple Marketing teams to ensure we are best deploying our portfolio & execution strategy to drive consumer penetration & frequency at these key moments in the year Set-up the tracking & monitoring of our execution performance, coordinating inputs & actions to achieve defined KPIs 2. Portfolio Strategy Analysis & Suppor Complete monthly data analysis & reporting, feeding into the key internal monthly planning forums. Your key stakeholders will be the brand teams for inputs & actions You will support the broader team with performance tracking & analysis as required, across the Other Savoury agenda (That’s Nuts etc.). Other Savoury is key to the future growth of PepsiCo, and you will play a key role in delivering this exciting journey In addition, you will support the data gathering & analytics required to build & then deploy the broader portfolio strategy playbook 3. PepsiCo Snacks & Beverages coordination Snacks marketing on-point to ensure close condonation with our Beverages business across all portfolio execution, particularly in close partnership with the Seasons & Events leads for key moments in 2026 (i.e. World Cup) This role will require travel to London.
