As a Teacher of History, you will deliver engaging lessons to students from KS3 - KS5, ensuring development and honing their analytic skills. The role involves full teaching and classroom management including planning, marking and the delivery and structuring of extra-curricular activities that complement the curriculum.
Responsibilities
* Teach History to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5
* Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Contribute to the development of the History department and wider School Community
* Support students with additional needs and tailor lessons to suit diverse and adaptive learning styles
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
* Experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 teaching experience is desirable)
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* A passion for history and student development
* Commutable to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
