Heat Pump Engineer - Reside Mid Wales/Shropshire area
Responsibilities
* Cover a region as a dedicated Heat Pump & Renewables Engineer, undertaking on-site warranty calls and support on the ASHP range.
* Meet with and train installers; provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers; act as an ambassador for the business.
* Collaborate with the renewables division to expand the product portfolio and deliver excellent service as the business grows.
Your Experience
* Heat Pump (ASHP) fault finding, service and repair practical experience (2+ yrs).
* Central heating system knowledge.
* Demonstrable diagnostic skills.
* Electrical fault finding and component testing.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Qualifications
* Essential: NVQ/C&G in Plumbing/Heating OR NVQ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
* Unvented (G3).
* Desirable (or training provided): F-Gas cat 1 qualified; BPEC Heat Pump Qualification; Part L, Energy Efficiency; 18th Edition wiring regulations; Water Regulations.
Hours & Remuneration
* Monday to Friday
* Salary package: basic circa £41,000 + bonus circa £6k + lunch allowance £1k
* Company van, 33 days holiday
