Role Overview:
An established and growing insurance services provider is looking for a Fleet Claims Handler to join their Warrington-based team. Working within a major fleet account, you’ll manage motor claims from first notification through to repair management and recovery. The role involves working closely with insurers, repairers, clients, and other key stakeholders to deliver a seamless and efficient claims experience.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience handling motor insurance or fleet claims
2. Strong understanding of FNOL processes and repair management
3. Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
4. Familiarity with Proclaim (advantageous) and Microsoft Office
5. Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
7. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
