Purpose of the position: As Project HSE Manager you will report to the Saipem Ltd QHSE Manager as well as the Project Director. You will manage a team of 12 resources which may increase as the project progresses. You will join our ENI Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project.
Responsibilities
* Ensure correct development, management and improvement of Project HSE Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC) of the project according to the Saipem, Company, IOGP and ISO HSE guidelines and standards
* Act as HSE focal point for the Project and ensure the management of all the HSE issues for the Project
* Interface with Clients and administer HSE section of the Contract
* Develop and coordinate the HSE team
* Provide HSE support and advice to Project Management
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and UK Legislation
* Interface and support environmental management team
* Lead accident / incident investigation
* Establish and implement HSE monitoring and audit program
* Lead Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)
* Subcontractor HSE Management
* Promote periodical Project HSE Review and ensure proper Project HSE Close out report
What are we looking for?
* Experience: 3+ years as HSE manager and 10+ years within HSE activities, preferably with IOGP standards
* Education: NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
* Certification: Preferably Tech IOSH or above as well as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
What We Can Offer To You
* Contractor role, Full-time, 5,5 days onsite
* Outside IR35
* Location: Talacre with infrequent travel to the head office in London or off site missions.
* Start date: as soon as possible
* Role Duration: Project is due to be complete mid 2028
