Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to work for a lovely company in the Hayward Heath, West Sussex area. The Finance Administrator will have experience of using Salesforce and good data management skills. This is a great varied Finance - Admin support job opportunity to start ASAP.
Location: Office based - Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Finance Administrator duties:
Provide admin support to the teams
Monitor and update the Salesforce database - data entry and ensuring it is accurate data
Support the finance team with finance admin such as; invoicing, purchase orders etc
Assist with compliance / audits - ensuring documentation is collated
Any other ad hoc admin support duties requiredSkills and experience:
Experience working in a similar admin support - finance admin type role
Good IT skills including Excel and also Salesforce CRM experience
Data entry / data management skills and attention to detail
