Job Title: Support Worker
Location: East of England, Suffolk, Bury St Edmunds
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours

Salary: £12.21 - £17.50 Per hour
Responsibilities
* Providing practical and emotional support to individuals in need.
* Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Supporting individuals with daily activities and encouraging their independence.
* Monitoring and recording individual progress and any changes in behaviour or health.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals.
Required Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
Education
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
Experience
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
* Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues.
Knowledge And Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Empathy and compassion towards others.
Preferred Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* First Aid certification
* Driver Preferred
