On the back of our PPP success, we are now growing our team here in Cumbria, delivering more crucial, major projects at Sellafield as a Key Delivery Partner (KDP). We’re actively looking for Planning Engineers at all levels to provide support for our teams at Westlakes and on site at Sellafield.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning activities using Primavera P6 for large-scale construction projects.
* Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
* Collaborate with project controls and planning teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and schedules are achievable.
* Provide ongoing support to Program and Project Managers, offering insights on schedule performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and report on critical path activities, key milestones, and any variances from the project plan.
* Ensure data is accurately inputted into project systems, providing detailed and actionable reports to stakeholders.
* Evaluate new project proposals to establish realistic and achievable timelines for successful delivery.
Qualifications:
* Experience of (WBS) Work Breakdown Structures.
* Good Primavera (P6), MS Project and MS Excel skills.
* Knowledge of integrated project controls, and the ability to assess project performance and maturity.
* Experience planning projects of varying levels of complexity and in different stages of the Project Lifecycle.
* Ability to constructively challenge the project performance and data with the IPT to ensure the project plans and schedules reflect reality and mitigate risk to the business.
* Minimum 1 years construction planning experience.
