What you’ll do
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including MSAs, supplier agreements, IT / software contracts, marketing agreements, and NDAs.
* Provide practical legal advice on commercial risk, compliance, and day-to-day business matters.
* Support key projects and transactions that drive business success.
* Collaborate with global and local teams, external counsel, and vendors to ensure smooth legal operations.
Who we’re looking for
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent with at least 3 years PQE, ideally in-house.
* Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Commercially aware, able to advise on risk and compliance confidently.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
