Immediate vacancy is available for a Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care in Homecare setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of those in their care. * Working on roster basis, days, 10 hr to 12hrs per shift starting from 6.45am.
* Assist service users with personal care tasks, mobility and medication etc.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in condition
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance service user's quality of life.
* Ensure service user's breathing is supported via home ventilation equipment's when needed. ( full training and checking your skills will be provided)
* Assist with light domestic duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Communicate effectively with service user's, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
* Experience working within a care home or home care setting is advantageous
* Ability to understand and follow individualised care plans accurately
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
* Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with service users'
* Organised and reliable, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
