Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an established an innovative business based in Paisley to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit a dynamic and forward thinking finance professional who would like to further their career within a progressive and dynamic working environment. On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include: Bank reconciliations in multiple currencies for various companies within the Group. Purchase ledger processing including reconciling supplier statements. Assisting in the preparation of weekly, quarterly and annual reports ranging from budgets and forecasts to month end close - full training will be provided. Processing inter-company transactions - full training will be provided. Collation of time and attendance for payroll. To succeed in this role you must have previous finance experience of working within a fast paced finance department alongside the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of accounting procedures. You will have first class attention to detail and communication skills alongside a natural ability to use systems including Microsoft Excel.
