Our Client, a long established Main Dealer group with multiple branches across the South & South East, dealing with various models of vehicles are seeking a Sales Executive for their branch in Dover, Kent.
They are a well-respected automotive business, with multiple sites across the Kent area, providing a whole range of automotive services.
They are seeking individuals who want to be part of a special team for the long-haul, and help ensure that the business offers a stable environment for staff and customers alike.

Duties of a Sales Executive with our Client
14. Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
15. Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
16. Selling Warranty, Paint Protection, Finance, and additional associated products.
17. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
18. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
19. Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
20. Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features
What our client expects of their Sales Executives
21. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
22. Proven sales skills either within or outside the automotive trade.
23. Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
24. Confident communication skills.
25. Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment).
26. Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
27. Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
28. Full UK Driving Licence
29. Right to work within the UK
