Payroll Assistant
Location: Aldridge
Type: Temporary to permanent
Salary: £13.46 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
We are currently recruiting a accounts and payroll assistant to work with our client based in Walsall.
Responsibilities include:
1. Checking and calculating timesheets
2. Running weekly payroll through Sage 50 system
3. Updating HRMC details and submissions
4. Using payroll and pension portals
5. Knowledge of SSP/maternity/paternity pay, etc.
6. Managing purchase ledger, inputting and checking statements
7. Assisting credit control with invoices, chasing payments, and queries
8. Performing general admin duties
