Job Title: Part 145 Planner

We are seeking a meticulous and aviation-savvy individual for the multifaceted role of Part 145 Planner. As a crucial member of our client's team, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our aviation maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Engineering Manager, providing regular updates and reports.
* Track and monitor aircraft utilization and maintenance schedules, anticipating upcoming maintenance needs.
* Update operational spreadsheets and maintain accurate records of fleet capacity and forecast.
* Ensure compliance with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) requirements.
* Coordinate the ordering of necessary components through efficient liaison with stores.
* Monitor ground runs and oversee weekly Continuous Airworthiness Management (CAM) updates.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers and operations, facilitating maintenance scheduling and providing updates during maintenance periods.
* Raise estimates and work orders for scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
* Maintain communication with all relevant departments, to guarantee smooth business operations.
* Handle general day-to-day engineering queries and customer interactions, maintaining high standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
* Experience with Aerotrac software for aviation management is desirable.
* Strong understanding of aviation maintenance processes and regulations.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing daily tasks.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
