About Sanper Sanper is a specialist construction company delivering high-quality projects within complex, secure environments, including HM Prisons, Hospitals, and educational establishments. Since 2017, we have provided project management, maintenance, and construction services across the public and private sectors, with a strong focus on security-sensitive sites. Role Summary We are seeking a Regional Supervisor with a strong background in residential building and proven experience running projects such as extensions, loft conversions, roofing, and internal fit-outs. This role will suit an experienced builder or foreman looking to step off the tools around 75% of the time, while still keeping a practical hand in when needed. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident leading site teams, and committed to delivering quality work on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple residential projects Plan works in advance, ensuring labour, plant and materials are ordered on time Take a hands-on approach when required to support the team or solve problems Health & Safety/Compliance Ensure all works meet health and safety standards, building regs, and company procedures Carry out daily site checks, inductions, and toolbox talks Keep paperwork such as RAMS, permits, and inspections up to date Project Delivery & Reporting Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager/Head Office Keep accurate daily records of labour, materials, and site activity Use systems (e.g. Monday.com / Excel) to track jobs and update stakeholders Client & Stakeholder Liaison Maintain excellent relationships with homeowners and clients, keeping them informed throughout the build Represent the company professionally, dealing with issues quickly and positively Team & Site Management Lead site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency Support and mentor apprentices and junior staff. Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation at all times Hands-On Approach Step in with tools when required — e.g. snagging, small works, or assisting to keep programmes moving Provide technical knowledge and practical guidance to the team Required Skills & Experience Essential: 5 years’ experience in residential construction as a Builder, Foreman, or Site Supervisor Proven track record delivering extensions, roofing, refurbishments, or fit-outs Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Good knowledge of health & safety and building regulations Excellent communication skills and ability to manage clients and teams Competent with Microsoft Office and project tracking software. Preferred Qualifications SSSTS or SMSTS (required) First Aid at Work Trade qualification or NVQ in Construction CSCS card Benefits Competitive salary with bonus structure Company pension & sick pay Company events & training
