We have an exciting opportunity for General Practitioners to join our Primary Care team at HMP Foston Hall, a female closed prison based in Derby. HMP Foston Hall houses around 300 patients aged between 18-75 years. In this role, you will deliver general practice clinics to support long-term conditions and acute needs. Applicants must have a special interest in female health and competencies in female-specific health needs, including insertion and removal of LARCs.

Hours: 2 days per week, either Monday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Friday.
Salary: Part-time, with an annual salary up to £131,000 FTE depending on experience.

Qualifications required
* MBChB or MBBS
* Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List
* Evidence of annual appraisal engagement
* Experience as a GP in community practice
* Evidence of CPD
* Ability to work with patients with substance misuse history
* RCGP Certificate in Substance Misuse 1 and 2, or willingness to undertake
