The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Mechanical Engineers on behalf of our client based in Ellesmere Port.
The job includes the following:
* Responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment including conveyors, motors, control panels, vibratory systems and others
* Perform proactive and reactive maintenance across the site
* Follow Health & Safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior team members
* Conduct MIG and TIG welding and fabrication tasks
* Other general warehouse duties when required
Key Requirements:
* Proven 5 years or more experience in the industry
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Good understanding of engineering drawings and able to fabricate from it
* Comprehensive knowledge in both electrical and mechanical practices
The working hours are 4 off, 4 on, 6-6, days and nights.
We have immediate starts available following a successful registration and interview completed on site.
