Job Summary
Elite Eco Logistics is a very well established, professional, warm and friendly company to work at. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to run our pallet delivery operation with 12 vehicles and over 200 pallet deliveries and collections a day. The ideal candidate will possess experience in HGV or courier operations and coordination, excellent customer service skills, good administration skills and organisation skills essential in a busy environment.

Requirements
* Proven experience in pallet or parcel distribution
* Familiarity with transportation management systems
* Ability to assess operational performance and implement improvements.

* Ability to supervise a team effectively, promoting a positive work culture.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments and with customers.
