Internal Sales Executive Location: Andover, Hampshire Full-time | Permanent Cross Rental Services are recruiting for a proactive, and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our Sales team based in Andover. If youre ready to bring your telesales expertise, proactive mindset, and hunger for success to a role that offers growth and opportunity, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Proactively generate leads through outbound calls to secure face-to-face appointments for our external sales team. Re-engage lapsed customers based on the seasonality of our HVAC services, ensuring strong relationships are rebuilt and maintained. Research and target new customers on your own initiative to expand our client base. Collaborate closely with the field sales team to schedule appointments and share best practices. Work with our brand-new Salesforce CRM system, launching this year, to manage leads and drive results. What We Are Looking For Telesales experience is essential youre confident, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, open-plan office. Proactive and driven you take the initiative and research new prospects, customers and markets. Team player with strong communication skills and great attention to detail. Open to any industry background HVAC experience is desirable but not essential, just a willingness to learn.
