Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders and enquiries from start to resolution Provide product and application guidance tailored to customer needs Communicate professionally across phone, email, and live chat Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate using solution-focused knowledge Update internal systems and provide feedback to support ongoing improvement What We’re Looking For A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths The ability to commute to or relocate near our Bristol office (Aztec West) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative attitude Desirable: Experience in a sales or order processing environment Previous work in the signage, graphics, or vehicle wrap industry Familiarity with SAP systems Why Join Us?
