Lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge, ensuring the very best level of customer service
Stock management
Analyse and interpret sales performance data and reports
Make recommendations for improving sales performance based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and customer insights
Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration
Deliver all KPIs and meet company standards

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high performance within their store, possessing the right balance of managerial and technical skills to drive success. You should have previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, with strong problem-solving skills, a people-oriented approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a hands-on leader, you will be experienced in retail management, adaptable, energetic, and enthusiastic. You must be able to motivate, coach, and inspire your team, work under pressure, and be highly organized with attention to detail. Good communication skills and spatial awareness are essential, along with flexibility across the week.
