Partner with the best As an Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority. Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns). Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function. Collaborating with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity. Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation. Supporting operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department; Support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition. Supporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…). We offer pipeline inspection services to identify and measure emerging issues such as corrosion, cracks, pipeline movement, and mechanical damage, helping our customers keep their assets safe and prevent environmental harm. As Regional Sales Leader - ILI - Europe & Africa you will be responsible for: Developing a firm understanding of the pipeline in-line inspection (ILI) and integrity market across Europe, and harness this to develop and execute a successful commercial strategy for the business in the short and long term. Leading a team of sales professionals to drive orders, revenue, and margin growth. Coaching and developing the team so that they can deliver exceptional performance. Collaborating across a matrix organization by building and influencing all stakeholder functions to support desired sales outcomes including close collaboration with operations, commercial operations, product line, legal and finance. Ensuring the overall commercial experience exceeds customer expectations by facilitating outstanding customer relationships across the organization. Analyzing and adapting sales processes to client conditions, considering technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects. Promoting products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environment where they will be used. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in a commercial or sales role, with a strong emphasis on customer interface, relationship building, and delivering sales growth. Have experience as a people leader or be able to demonstrate the required competency. Demonstrate an understanding of and experience in deploying a structured approach to the selling process, including segment planning, prospecting, opportunity qualification, value positioning, negotiating, and closing. Have experience and knowledge of ILI or similar asset integrity services. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills combined with strong interpersonal and leadership skills Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
