We’re working with SEN schools in Durham who are looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. Your role will focus on: Building trust and strong relationships Supporting behaviour with empathy and structure Helping pupils engage with learning at their pace Working as part of a supportive SEN team You don’t need to be perfect.
