The Role
As a Relief Chef, you will be required to:
* Step into existing kitchen teams and support service as needed
* Prepare and deliver food to a high standard
* Follow menu specifications and site procedures
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
What We're Looking For
We are interested in speaking with chefs who:
* Have previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
* Are adaptable, reliable, and confident working in new settings
* Hold a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, or are willing to obtain one
* Have the right to work in the UK
