Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - Victoria, London - Up to £50,000
I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in London, working On a High End residential building in Victoria behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of High End residential property.
My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in High End Residential building services to work on a High profile Building in Victoria with over 170 Apartments, carrying out maintenance on Luxury High End Residential Apartments on FCU's, NVHR and underfloor heating.
Hours
Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm
Requirements
* Apprentice Trained
* Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
* Client Facing
* High End Residential Experience
* Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
* Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
* Good Attitude and willingness to learn
Package
* Basic Salary of up to £50,000
* 23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

Duties
* Apartment Servicing - Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
* General building services tasks
* Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, NVHR, HVAC plant, Water treatment
* Knowledge of BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HIU's
* Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
* Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
