Senior HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading organisation in Bradford, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact people strategies aligned to business priorities.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Executive leaders and senior stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance and driving forward positive cultural and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Acting as a strategic advisor to Exec members on people strategy and workforce planning
* Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including employee relations, engagement, and implementation
* Championing a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and performance
* Using data and insights to inform decisions, track trends, and drive improvement
* Building strong relationships with trade union partners and internal stakeholders
* Managing and supporting HRBPs and contributing to broader people leadership
What We’re Looking For:
* Significant HR business partnering experience, including Trade Union engagement
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
* Experience in designing and delivering strategic People Plans
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable:
* Experience in the Utilities or Tech sector
* SAP knowledge
Location: Bradford (with hybrid working)
Leadership responsibility: Manages a team of HR Business Partners
Reports to: Head of People Operations
