A leading print and communications company is seeking a Digital Media Operator to produce accessible web content. This is an entry-level position requiring basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Role Overview
The main purpose of this role is to assist our client’s digital media team in converting signed-off publications into web-accessible content. The successful candidate will be trained in a strict conversion process and must have a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Convert documents into HTML format
2. Follow a strict process and adhere to guidelines
3. Perform HTML tagging, structuring, formatting, and validation
4. Ensure accuracy and quality of work
5. Conduct quality assurance checks

Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with other web technologies is a plus
* Understanding of digital media technologies
* Knowledge of W3C accessibility standards
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Effective communication skills for cross-department collaboration
* Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
