Responsibilities
* Upsell and cross sell Sovos solution to customers in existing client base
* Prospect within assigned territory to create leads for new client sales by growing pipeline opportunities
* Sell and promote SaaS solutions to new accounts
* Develop and execute strategic opportunity plans that ensures quota attainment
* Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
* Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfaction
* Leverages multiple communication methods
* Skilled at time management and prioritization
* Effective at territory planning and execution
* Efficient at asking questions to understand needs and uncover opportunities
* Acts as a role model and mentor across organization sharing best practices and messaging
* Shows willingness to learn from other sales roles, internal business partners, and client experiences
What We Need From You
* Ability to navigate and manage end to end sales cycles
* 1-3 years experience as BDR, quota-carrying Sales role or similar; software solution sales preferred
* Knowledge of contact management solutions, preferably Salesforce.com
* Fluency in French or German
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
* Business travel may be required to attend client meetings and conferences
* Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers
* Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
* Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems
* Utilize technology to fulfill work requirements and effective communication
* Makes their own opportunities for learning experiences
* Learn from support for additional insight on how solution works
* Understand how product works from Support POV
