Support Worker
Search Healthcare is working with a nationally recognized healthcare provider to source experienced support workers for mental health units. The role involves supporting vulnerable service users in their daily routines.
The Role:
The primary focus is supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties and learning disabilities. The position requires flexible shift work, including regular weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience as a support worker, particularly with mental health or learning difficulties. Candidates with MAPA/PMVA training are especially encouraged to apply.

* At least 6 months experience in the mental health sector.
* Ability to provide 2 years of employment references.
* MAPA or PMVA training.
Must have experience with learning difficulties and autism.
