An established manufacturing and precision engineering partner to tier-1 power and aerospace customers is looking to bring in an aerospace focused Project Engineer with strong NPDI experience into their team.
The project is a full time Monday to Friday role, anticipated to last 9 months, and is an hourly paid role, paid weekly.
39 hour standard working week, with additional hours possibly required as a part of achieving project completion within the desired timescales.

Scope of the role involves full delivery of the project required, from Project Plan to creation of routings, supporting documents (SOPs, etc.), to supporting FAIR compilation.
Role responsibilities and capabilities include:
*Owning and delivering all engineering related actions to support a successful delivery of new product into manufacturing.
*Creating planning
*Creating SWIs
*Creating SOPs
*Creating stage drawings
*Owning tool delivery, implementation and liaising between operations and engineering/tool makers on actions to resolve/improve
*Providing FAIR information to the quality team for submission
