We are a well-established GMS Practice which supported by our 4 SALARIED GP's and Advanced Nurse Practitioner and full MDT
We have recently been taken over by a new group and can offer:
* Part time, flexible workings
* Use Vision and Docman
* Minimal home visits
* Open to explore new ideas and improved ways of working
* Supportive integrated MDT team
* Golden Hello payment may be available for eligible applicants
