Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Health Team Secretary based at Aston House, Ailsa Hospital. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
What You Will Do
An opportunity has arisen to join our Public Health Department as a Band 3 Administrative Support Assistant. This role will support the Sexual Health and Blood Borne Virus team and will provide high quality comprehensive administrative services to ensure the effective and efficient running of the team. You may also be asked to support other teams if required.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
We are looking for a reliable, conscientious, self-motivated individual with secretarial and administrative experience along with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Internal applicants should have good communication & organisational skills experience.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is required and experience in diary management, arranging meetings, taking action notes/ minutes, distribution of papers etc would be advantageous

Hours
37 hours per week.
A hybrid model of working will be supported. Base to be agreed on discussion but there will be cross site working between Ailsa, Crosshouse and Ayrshire Central.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership
A car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
