Alliance Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator on behalf of a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating CNC machinery using Siemens control systems and working with metal components in a production environment.
The Role
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality metal components while ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating CNC machines using Siemens controls
* Loading and unloading metal components
* Monitoring machine performance and production output
* Conducting visual and dimensional quality checks
* Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions
* Reporting any machine or quality issues to supervisors
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience operating CNC machinery
* Previous experience with Turnmill Hurco machines
* Preferable experience with DMG Mori machines
* Experience using Siemens control systems is essential
* Experience working with metal components
* Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable and proactive approach to work
* Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
