Job summary TheRespect Training Team currently comprises one permanent Senior Trainer and onecontract Trainer who delivers training four days per month. We are a tradingarm of Navigo CIC, with a growing customer base located across the UK. Thedemand for our training has significantly increased, requiring extensive traveland delivery commitments. Dueto the high volume of travel and training delivery, the well-being of ourcurrent Senior Trainer is being impacted. The role involves frequentlong-distance travel, overnight stays, and intensive training sessions, whichare becoming unsustainable for a single individual to manage effectively. Thisposes a risk to service continuity and quality, especially as our customer basecontinues to expand. Tomaintain service standards, ensure trainer well-being, and meet contractualobligations with external clients, it is essential that we recruit anadditional Senior Trainer sooner than the standard 14-week time frame. Delayingrecruitment could result in training cancellations, reputational damage, andpotential financial implications.
