Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive network of SEN schools in Hillingdon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. Working within some of the most well:respected SEN schools in Hillingdon, you will provide essential classroom support, one:to:one guidance, and help create a positive learning environment for all students.
Role Overview
Full:time position in Hillingdon
Support students with a range of learning and behavioural needs
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to promote student progress
Engage in tailored training and ongoing professional development
We Are Looking For a Teaching Assistant Who
Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with children with SEN
Can demonstrate patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
Is reliable, flexible, and confident supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis
Wants to build a long:term career in education or special needs support
