Sodexo is recruiting a reliable and motivated Industrial Janitor to join our team and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment across the site. What you’ll do: Clean stairs, factory floors, and keep plant equipment free from dust Sweep and dispose of sand spillages in the Batch area as needed Regularly sweep and mop floors using degreasing cleaning detergents Maintain outdoor grounds by removing debris, litter, and cleaning surfaces with a pressure washer Assist with waste handling, including refuse removal, cleaning refuse areas, and supporting other teams when required Follow health & safety procedures, attend training, and carry out additional duties such as traffic marshalling, car park maintenance, and winter gritting What you bring: Reliable and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous cleaning or industrial janitorial experience preferred Able to work independently as well as part of a team Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks in an industrial environment Committed to health & safety procedures and willing to undertake training What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your own way.
