We are seeking a Business Support Manager to join the Adult Care and Wellbeing Directorate within a well-established, fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Social Care Intervention Team and Hospital Service.
2. Manage and develop small teams of business support workers.
3. Provide robust business support management functions.
4. Contribute to evolving business support practices to meet customer needs.

* Proven supervisory and team leadership experience.
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
* Strong IT and analytical skills.
* Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Details
Full-time hours are 37 per week. Salary will be at the grade minimum unless evidence suggests otherwise. We are committed to pay equality and are undergoing role evaluation, which may lead to pay adjustments from 2026.
