Job Description
Base Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly, with accelerators for over-performance

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant focused on AI and deep tech, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and permanent hiring, working closely with technically advanced clients on business-critical roles.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end recruiting across AI, machine learning, and deep tech roles
* Advanced sourcing strategies within niche technical talent pools
* Delivering contract recruitment, temporary placement, and permanent placement solutions
* Supporting senior and leadership hires through retained and contingent executive search
* Building long-term partnerships with clients operating in cutting-edge technology environments
* Maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience
About You
* Experience in IT Recruiting or technical recruiting, ideally within AI, deep tech, or advanced technology markets
* Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value job placements
* Comfortable working across both contract and permanent recruitment models
* Commercially minded, consultative, and confident engaging with technical stakeholders
* Motivated by performance, credibility, and long-term career progression
