We’re looking for a Depot Team Leader based out of our Widnes depot.

What you’ll do:
6. Lead and protect people and sites — accountable for the safety of employees, customers, contractors and visitors while fostering a high‑performance, incident‑free culture.
7. Deliver operational excellence — manage the depot team to meet daily workloads, planning schedules and maintenance KPIs, always prioritizing customer needs.
8. Coach and grow talent — support recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and performance improvement to build a skilled, engaged field service workforce.
9. Drive standards and continuous improvement — provide technical support, use risk and fleet tools, and collaborate across sales, ops, customer service and logistics to deliver world‑class service.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
10. Proven technical leader — NVQ3‑qualified with hands‑on experience servicing large engines (generators, HGVs, plant).
11. Drive performance through people — track record managing and coaching cross‑functional depot teams to hit targets.
12. Trusted collaborator — strong communicator who builds stakeholder relationships across operations, sales, logistics and customer service.
13. Results‑focused problem solver — QSHE‑led, PC‑literate, solution‑oriented mindset delivering high standards and timely, measurable outcomes.
