Role: Digital Transformation Sales Consultant Location: Hybrid / UK Type: Full-time Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus double OTE The Opportunity An established technology solutions provider is looking for a driven Digital Transformation Sales Consultant to help organisations modernise their operations through innovative technology solutions. This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying business challenges, building trusted relationships, and delivering solutions that create measurable operational and commercial improvements. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business opportunities across SME, mid-market and enterprise organisations. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. * Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges and digital maturity. * Present tailored solutions across areas including automation, cloud services, AI, analytics and business applications. * Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. * Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop solution proposals. * Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets. Requirements Essential * Proven success in B2B technology, SaaS, consultancy or digital transformation sales. * Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business processes. * Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. * Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership teams. * Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Desirable * Experience selling automation, cloud, AI, ERP, CRM or data solutions. * Understanding of professional services environments. * Experience supporting organisations through digital change initiatives.
