About the Role
You will be taking ownership of delivering Atominvest’s software solutions to both new and existing clients. As well as being responsible for implementation, you’ll be the primary point of contact for some of the world’s leading alternative investors, driving advocacy and identifying expansion opportunities across our client base. You will be a key member of our commercial team - acting as the face of Atominvest to our customers, and working with all areas of business to ensure clients’ aims are achieved.

Requirements
* 2+ years of customer success, account management or implementation experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SAAS scale up environment
* Experience in project management
* Strong communicator with keen attention to detail
* An analytical thinker who thrives when coming up with solutions
* You love a good spreadsheet, your MS excel skills are exceptional
* You are passionate about providing best-in-class support to customers, and have demonstrated ability to provide consistent high quality responsiveness and overall service
* You’re a team player, ready to learn and contribute ideas
* Ambitious and growth minded, you have an entrepreneurial spirit
* Fluent in French or other European languages
What the job involves
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers on delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solution
* Lead training sessions and facilitate business reviews with economic decision makers and business champions
* Manage the whole customer lifecycle efficiently from implementation to renewal, driving down time to value and ensuring customer requirements are met
* Analyse customer datasets and workflows effectively
* Provide white-glove service to customers, ensuring that issues are escalated and resolved quickly
