A vacancy has arisen for a part-time administrator/PA to join our highly motivated medical education team, to support across the medical education service. As a key member of the team the successful applicant would be required to provide a wide range of administrative support primarily to the Senior administrator in Medical Education, and on occasion the Director of Medical Education, Deputy Director and Head of Service. You will assist with the day-to-day administration of the department under the direction of the senior administrator. This involves liaising with a range of other stakeholders, including NES, Faculty Development Alliance, Recognition of Trainers and higher education institutes. The post holder will be expected to use and develop databases for both undergraduate and postgraduate services to input and extract data from, using all packages within the Microsoft Office suite. The postholder will also work with the Turas Platform. A willingness and ability to function as an effective member of the existing team is essential.
