Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Location: Moseley - 1 position x1 full time - 36.5 hours per week We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our Care Centre’s catering team, working alongside the Head Chef and Second Chef to deliver high-quality meals and a daily restaurant service that consistently satisfies residents and guests. You will play a key role in preparing and presenting nutritionally balanced dishes that meet individual needs and promote well-being, in line with National Nutritional Standards. This role requires a strong commitment to food hygiene, infection control, and safe working practices, including adherence to HACCP and COSHH regulations. You’ll also be responsible for stock control, ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring equipment is used safely and effectively. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll contribute to service development, attend meetings, and participate in ongoing training to support your professional growth and uphold the highest standards of catering within the Care Centre.
