Poultry Farm Manager - Lincolnshire - £40,000 – £45,000 + Accommodation
The Job:
A well established and progressive agricultural business is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee a large scale poultry breeding operation in Lincolnshire. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for the day to day management of approximately 18,000 birds in lay, with a strong focus on flock planning, breeding performance, hatchery coordination and maintaining the highest standards of biosecurity and bird welfare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing breeding flocks and production performance
- Flock planning and scheduling
- Coordinating hatchery operations and egg flow
- Maintaining strict biosecurity protocols
- Leading and managing farm staff
- Monitoring bird health, welfare, and environmental conditions
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance
- Liaising with veterinary and technical teams
The Candidate:
- Have strong knowledge of breeding and hatchery operations
- Understand modern poultry biosecurity and welfare standards
- Be practical, organised, and hands-on
- Possess good leadership and communication skills
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively
- Have a proactive and professional approach to farm management
The Package:
- Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Accommodation available

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
