* Lead and inspire a team of Club Managers, ensuring high standards are delivered across all sites.
* Manage commercial performance: optimise costs, maximise revenue, and exceed budget expectations.
* Coordinate local funding opportunities and collaborate with support functions (People, Marketing, Finance, Safeguarding, Customer Experience).
* Deliver club results and collaborate with the Head of Education & Wellbeing to meet short- and long-term business objectives.
* Take ownership of the Adventure Program and Holiday HQ delivery within the cluster, ensuring world‑class product and child‑centric programming.
* Empower teams to deliver an experience‑led program, ensuring enrichment and development for children.
* Coordinate the training calendar of the area and ensure forward‑thinking delivery.
* Provide exceptional leadership of Club Managers, promoting culture, values, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure employee engagement, feedback, retention, and performance meet high standards.
* Drive a safety‑focused culture, acting as the safeguarding ambassador and managing safe reporting.
* Compliance with Ofsted requirements across the cluster.
* Grow new business through referrals, networking, and developing relationships with Headteachers and governors.
* Upsell and promote additional service offerings to the current cluster.
* Identify local community engagement opportunities and build trust with stakeholders.
* Support the Head of Education & Wellbeing to expand the brand footprint within the cluster.
