Support walk-in customers within a workshop/trade counter environment, advising on hydraulic components and solutions. Generate accurate quotations and process customer orders promptly. Manage and develop existing customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships. Identify and source hydraulic components, liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability. Provide technical support and product guidance on hydraulic parts and applications. An understanding of hydraulics, fluid power, or mechanical components is required. Experience with quotations, order processing, and account management is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Commercial awareness, including pricing and margin management. Must be commutable to Braintree.
