Where: Morrisons store, NE6 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Hours: On average 33 - 48 hours per week hours per week, 6 week rolling rota.
Shift patterns include Monday-Saturday 07:00-14:30 or 14:30-22:00/ Sunday 10:00-16:00
Salary: £13.32 per hour
Option to have weekly or monthly pay.

About the role:
* Must hold a valid SIA licence
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
* Act as a strong and visible deterrent within the store
* Respond appropriately to any incidents or issues that arise while on duty
* Deal with difficult situations in a safe, calm, and professional manner
* Carry out regular store patrols
* Complete accurate and detailed reports, including observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
* Monitor and operate CCTV systems as required
* Provide professional, proactive customer service
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer and store requirements
* Previous retail security experience is essential
* Conflict management experience is essential
* Full uniform provided following successful completion of store induction
* Must be flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
About you:
* Excellent communication & customer service skills.
* Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
* A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
* A full five-year checkable employment history.
* Own transport is preferred.
